กติกา ระเบียบและข้อปฎิบัติของโฮมสเตย์บ้านนาต้นจั่น 1.จองที่พักทางโทรศัพท์ผ่านประธานกลุ่มโฮมสเตย์หรือตัวแทนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 2.ชี้แจง กติกา และข้อปฎิบัติในการเข้าพัก 2.1 กลุ่มโฮมสเตย์บ้านนาต้นจั่น 16 หลัง รับนักท่องเที่ยวไม่เกิน 200 คน 2.2 ช่วงเวลาในการเข้า-ออก ที่พัก เริ่มตั้งแต่ 06.00-21.00 น. 2.3 แต่งกายสุภาพ 2.4 เตรียมของใช้ส่วนตัว เช่น ผ้าเช็ดตัว สบู่ แปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน ยารักษาโรคประจำตัว 2.5 งดการดื่มสุรา และสูบบุหรี่ 2.6 ชาย-หญิง พักแยกกันเป็นสัดส่วน 3.ลงทะเบียนเข้าที่พัก กรอกข้อมูล เช่น ชื่อ เลขบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน เบอร์โทรศัพท์ เชื้อชาติ โรคประจำตัว เป็นต้น 4.อัตราค่าบริการ (บาท) เหมารวมการเข้าพักโฮมสเตย์ ได้แก่ ที่พัก อาหาร(ต่อมื้อ/เช้า-เย็น) และการนำชมในหมู่บ้าน ทั้งสิ้นรวม 700 บาท/คน ถ้ามาเป็นหมู่คณะตั้งแต่ 30 คนขึ้นไปจะมีการแสดงตอนค่ำ โดยการชำระเงินล่วงหน้าในอัตรา 50 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ( ชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติคิดราคาเดียวกัน ) Na ton chan Homestay rule and procedure 1.Please book in advance with the president of Na Ton Chan homestay or whom it may concern. 2.Study the rule and procedure 3.There are 16 houses that can accept not more than 200 visitors. 4.In and out from the homestay should be during 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. 5.Wearing polite clothes. 6.Please prepare your personal stuff for example your towel, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and medicine. 8.Man and woman normally stay separately. 9.Register into the house giving ID card number, phone number, nationality and your personal health etc. 10.Payment in Baht: Whole house including dinner and breakfast and visiting the village 700 baht/person. If you come in group (more than 30 persons) there will be a night show. Please pay 50% deposit in advance. Thai and foreigner are the same price.
